I am in a shared room in district 12 of HCM right now. I am paying 500,000 VND per month. I just moved in a few days ago. Owners must have licenses or police can make the foreigners or people move out. i do not know if the owner has a license or not. I do not how long I may stay here or if they will let me stay. I am always interested in considering moving to other rooms or shared rooms. I open to suggestions. I am also looking for teaching jobs. I have been in Vietnam for 9 months.
